Oluwaseun is a graduate of economics from the University of Ilorin, He also obtained an MBA from the same university, with research interest in advertising and sales promotion. He has professional experience that spans through accounting and audit, pension fund management, sales promotion, online, outdoor and electronic advertising. He served as the Assistant General Manager, Business Ventures of the Broadcasting Service of Ekiti State, where he increased the revenue of the corporation by over 500%. He is the founder of Semences Innovation Limited and co-founder of Contenthut Limited. He current acts as the CEO/ Founder of School Management and Resource Training Limited (SMART)
