Over the years he has partnered and is partnering with some international development organizations and federal and state governments agencies like German Cooperation (GIZ), MasterCard Foundation (MCF), World Bank/ GEM, Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs through N-Power, Nigerian Incentive–Based Risk Sharing System for Lending (NIRSAL), Challenge Fund for Youth Empowerment (CFYE), Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF), Enterprise Development Centre (EDC), Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI).
He is a faculty member at the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC) of Pan- Atlantic University, Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), Association of Corporate Treasurer of Nigeria (ACTN) where he teaches Finance and Taxation.
He was a Finance expert on World Bank Growth and Employment (GEM) project 2016 – 2018, a Trainer and M & E Consultant with Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF) 2017 – 2019, he was the Team Lead on NIRSAL/ CIAT Climate Risk Profiling (CRP) Maize value chain 2020 – 2021, He was Project Lead for Federal Government of Nigeria NPower Build 2019 and NPower Tech 2021, Team Lead on NIRSAL Strategic Business Support Services (BDSS) in Ekiti State 2021.
He was the Team Lead on GIZ/ SEDIN on the Provision of Targeted and Need- based Organizational Development (OD) Training to Supported Organizations in Lagos State 2021 -2023.
He is a consultant with Challenge Fund for Youth Development (CFYE) a program financed by the government of Netherland, a BDSP on the Transforming Nigerian Youth (TNY) program, an initiative of the Master Card Foundation (MCF) and Enterprise Development Centre (EDC).
He has several years of professional hands-on experience in business advisory and training, an expert in financial and business management, budget and treasury management, and capital market operations. He is a trainer with knowledge of adult learning and expertise in curriculum development. Over the years, he has been exposed to strategic planning and decision-making.

Niyi is the Managing Director of Hans & Danielson Consulting Limited, a business research and management consulting company. He is a Partner and Team Lead, Business Advisory and Training in the firm of N.A. Samuelson Business Consult, a business development service (BDS) firm. He is also the Head of Compliance, Hillcrest Capital Management Limited, a Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) registered Asset/ Fund Management Company.
Niyi is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a Member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN), Certified Capital Market Operator (CMO), registered Business Development Service Provider (BDSP) and Certified Trainer (IFC-LPI).
Niyi in the last 24 years has worked in different industries in varied capacities that is, an International SME focused NGO (founded and funded by International Finance Corporation IFC), Aviation Services and Airline, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company, Business Consulting and Auditing Firm and Asset/ Fund Management Company.
He is an accounting graduate and a holder of a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management and Master Business Administration. He is also an alumnus of the Prestigious Lagos Business School, University of Calabar, University of Suffolk, England and Rome Business School.

Abimbola is a qualified chartered accountant, chartered banker, and chartered tax practitioner.
She is a Management Consultant with over 20 years of experience in training and facilitating learning of various organizations spanning banking, textile manufacturing, management consulting, micro-finance, and NGOs delivering business solutions in Finance and Accounting, Soft Skills, Strategic Management, and Entrepreneurial Development.
She is an International Finance Corporation (IFC) Business Edge Certified Trainer. She is an alumnus of Enterprise Development Centre (EDC) Pan-Atlantic University (Lagos Business School), Nigeria and China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). She has attended the Entrepreneurship and Leadership Workshop at Harvard Business School as well as IESE Business School, Spain.
As a consultant, she has managed the full spectrum of SME capacity-building projects including overall program design, Instructional Design, Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and Training of Trainers (ToT).
These projects have been for SMEs operating in the Oil and Gas, Agriculture, and other key sectors.

Dr. Oluwaseun Akinyemi is an accomplished public health physician, academic, change agent and incisive leader.
Oluwaseun graduated from the University of Ilorin medical school about 20 years ago and subsequently had his postgraduate medical training at the University College Hospital Ibadan where he bagged the fellowship of the West African College of Physicians.
He was subsequently appointed consultant public health physician in the same hospital.
In addition, Dr. Akinyemi holds three master’s degrees: international public health from the prestigious Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, environmental health from the University of Ibadan, and MBA from the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife and a PhD in Public Health from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg.
Furthermore, Dr. Akinyemi holds a Level 4 certificate in teaching and facilitation from the City & Guilds of London. He is also a fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health of the United Kingdom.
A dedicated and committed researcher, Dr. Akinyemi is currently a Senior Lecturer in Health Policy and Management at the College of Medicine, University of Ibadan. His research interest spans health management, mental health, quality of life, refugee health, and implementation science.
He has published widely in local and international peer-reviewed journals of repute and his work has been cited by notable researchers across the globe.
Dr. Akinyemi’s contribution as a leader and scientist as well as his potential for greater impact has been recognized at home and abroad. He was awarded the much-coveted Chevening Scholarship by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office of the United Kingdom in 2009, the David Smith Memorial Prize for leadership by the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine in 2010 as well as the Ph.D. fellowship of the Consortium for Advanced Research and Training
in Africa (CARTA) in 2015.
Isaac is a graduate of Electrical/Electronic Engineering who has intensively and extensively been trained with various OEMs both within and outside the country. He is a LEAN operation expert and he has various certifications among which is ITL Foundation.
He has also attended many Management and Leadership training among which is Executive Team Leadership
Training at Lagos Business School (LBS).
He started his career at Basscom Nigeria Limited as a Business Development Officer where he listens to customers’ needs and develop solutions tailored to meet their needs by writing proposals, quotation preparation, and review of electronic security systems
He also worked at General Telecom Limited as a Telecom Engineer among his core duty there is the preparation of Installation Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) in order to assure quality service delivery
He later moved to DCC Networks a subsidiary of Computer Warehouse Group where he rose to the position of Head of Operation in the Services Delivery Department.
He eventually became Customer Services Manager with more than 50 staff under his coordination managing
the Customer Care Unit, Network Operating Centre, and Field Support for all products.
He prepares a weekly report on the availability of the Service Level Agreement and carries out Change Management etc.
His core duty is to delight customers and exceed their expectations in services deliver by being proactive, empathetic and assure QoS.
After resigning from Computer house group, he joined Leady Pharma Industry as Executive Director of Operations; He was the director in charge of all products manufacturing directing the affairs of pharmaceutical lines, Generators, Fuel, Water Treatment Plants, Customer Satisfaction departments etc.
Isaac is a Customer Service specialist and a faculty member with Hans & Danielson Consulting Limited. He is a Business setup Consultant; He has set up Bakery, Farms, and Raffle Businesses and Market Development for various clients.
